I have a hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-dk1056 (2021) and I wanting to maybe upgrade it for a better one or change a few things to it like ram sticks or hard drives what would be my better options it runs well but the battery doesn't last very long from surfing the internet to playing cod4 without plugged in   for an extent of time?

 

 what other laptops is out there with similar aspects compare to the one I have doesn't overheat    runs well looking for options

I use an MSI gaming laptop that goes to external monitors. I think most gaming laptops tend to overheat. I've been very happy with my setup though I don't know about upgrading it. I got it at Costco when it went on sale for a few hundred off.

like bud said  not worth it only buy a battery and hand it down to a family member

 

check micro center for a battery or battery supply in your area $50-100
