Peeps report a crashed server faster than they defrost.

A lot of people in testing didn't understand how to use the streaks so here is a visual on what to do. 2 Keys you need to set, Use Defrost and Cycle Defrost. Cycle defrost doesn't need to be used if you just want to use the first available defrost streak, the cycle key will allow you to move to any streak you have and use it. If you just hit the Use defrost key it will use the first streak you have available. Here is where the keys are under multiplayer options Here is what it looks like if you get one

Another little suggestion to promote defrosting culture, if it’s doable: at the end of the game, the summary page shows pretty much everything except defrosts. In FTAG, I reckon defrosting is one of the main things and deserves a bit of love too! Would be cool to have maybe two lines showing: Who defrosted the most Who defrosted the least, even if they had a decent number of kills And maybe something like K/DEF ratio, similar to K/D Just an idea if it’s doable, or something for future work. All good otherwise!

Camping doesn't include time frozen I will be putting in a fix to separate Mini nuke from Tactical nuke, Tactical nuke will only show how many you used not how many kills you got with it

Defrost stats are now updated, if you click on defrosts it will break down what type of defrosts you got. Server was just restarted so it should start collecting the data correctly now. It will only start collecting from now on, it won't show any you had in the past

Nice catch! Looks like the stats are only tracking defrosts made by the use key or standing next to someone, not EMPs, UAV, etc.. I will get this sorted

I was thinking about the same thing, too. I've also noticed that defrosting does not give as many points as before, which encourages shooting over defrosting teammates. The server stats page is also a nice addition. The camping stats are exposing a few people who probably shouldn’t be complaining about campers.

You could trigger this on the old mod by hitting helicopters with an exploding crossbow

I fixed that last evening; it wasn't meant to be changed to 30 seconds. It should be back to 2 minutes now. Please let me know if it is not.

I have the same CPU and video card. I have the ASUS B650EMAX gaming M/B and 32GB of ram. I am very happy with mine. I could have the fastest gear in the world and I would still suck at this game though...

Looks solid to me, nice build! Personally, would have gone with a 1000w power supply for the little bit of extra headroom for the future, but that's just preference.

Some of us would prefer the old time limit for overtime. It feels too short now.

A complete defrost was 120; not sure if kills were 10 pts or 15 pts.

Most of the issues are coming from to many images on the HUD especially when there are a lot of people in the server which is happening because we raised the amount of players, so when the game runs out of HUD elements, it starts to not show them. I made a few changes this morning to help with that including removing the rank tracker in the lower left hand of the screen

Yesterday, a good few people (about half?) were kicked out of the server all of a sudden, but we could rejoin again right away. Maybe a different problem? This was the error message then: And yes, i should clean my screen sometime...

This seems like a mod related crash. I have restarted the server. It might crash again though until @Ruggerxi has had a chance to review and fix it. Alternatively, you guys can hang in 74.91.116.93:28970 until an admin has brought the server back up.

Figured it out.

Ram Prices are ridiculous! I built mine before the prices went up, wished I would have doubled my Ram. I build the AMD 7900 x3d, 32 gigs ram and a 4070 super. It doesn't even sweat on Freeze Tag. Really drove me nutz when I was still seeing stutter and lag in game and I went down a rabbit hole trying to tweak it and find what background process was giving me grief. I went back and played Crysis after I built it and the Visuals in game are sweet. Crysis looked good on the old AMD 2600x and 1080 but the frame rate is definitely higher on this AMD. Did you buy a CD-key for Windows 11 instead of a retail copy? I've been doing that for a few years. Also - when you install windows 11 - do everything you can to make it a local account only - do not create a microsoft log in. I unplug my network cable so it has to do a local account for me. I recently read that microsoft has created a GDID for every windows user that uniquely identifies you. You can read a little about it here:
