tacobill I would make sure the installer wasn't infected. Do a full scan with Malwarebytes and Super Antispyware (free versions). I've seen a couple computers that the control panel / task manager was disabled after infection. Try and get ur installers from cnet (theyre clean). I've seen bing toolbars / homepage installed several times without issues...not that i love it. You could also browse with firefox if ur internet explorer is acting strange. I agree
