  1. lol they made 6 of them and even a TV movie in 2018. 1st one was definitely the best one but they are all worth a watch or 2. Burt cracks me up. Very funny. DAMN ASS BLASTERS! lol
  2. that's what she said lol hope they got ya get fixed up this time.
  3. Hey there @dLUX you laggy mofo lol
  4. Sorry for your loss @Mule lova ya bro.
  5. Magnum 16 narrow base block. I have one of those ignition modules sitting in a filing cabinet in my little shop. Atleast it is a narrow base block with an aluminum oil sump. lol A wide base block with cast oil sump weighs another 20-25 pounds. Still around 110lbs and a bit awkward to lug around. They are pretty simple to work on but pretty damn heavy. Atleast you can rebuild them and bore them a couple times once they wear out. Bad thing about an older Kohler engine is that once the rings get worn down the piston tries to cock sideways in the bore. This causes the sharp edge of the rings to literally scrape metal off of the cylinder. Seen alot of old Kohlers with Egg shaped cylinders over the years. I've bored a couple on my uncles old Bridgeport mill with a boring bar but for the cost of having a reputable machine shop bore an engine .010, .020 or .030 over sized, it's not worth my time. Heck it takes a good machine shop only around 20-30 minutes to bore and hone a single cylinder engine. They charge by the number of cylinders and the dept of cut so usually around $75-$80 on the high end to have it done by a pro. I've rebuilt dozens of old Kohlers and worked on hundreds. It's very satisfying the 1sy time you get them cranked up and running like a swiss watch again.
  6. XI has been #1 on most charts for over 10 years. We used to be in the top 5 on a few top 100 sites but the other servers were cheating. They either had bots or a bunch of reserved slots that showed the servers being populated 24/7. XI IS #1. Always has been, Always will.
  7. Not horribly priced but Acer tends to use generic memory and the cheapest Asus motherboards in there desktop PCs. I would still wait for atleast 1 month. Prices on CPUs and GPUs are dropping rather quickly with the recent release of Ryzen 7000 series and 13th Gen Intel chips being release the 20th of this month and the new Nvidia RTX 4000 series video cards the 12th of this month.
  8. Slightly smaller than mine but same height and same pedestal style legs. https://www.ebay.com/itm/224710325540?hash=item3451c77524:g:aH0AAOSwd~FesPAK&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAAsI3S4AruB5tz9wHWlkPciwIgsyvaMT9nXsKvy95OoCykEZEH8XkOa%2BL6Oy3UJQFEaiPyLH%2FsO5vzKWClP0mcfzEgZbTO75B5Ex%2Fca3zlXOkvEIY5UIH0MiW4ZOZb%2Fz6JF89zBfCk61Z72sShUWXvQCy7z5mD601n3GUxCBp2ezTkZZ4wphhhaBhjUjCtMieokxQNCsqpbRy37AC9xgtEXxrv%2B%2FXbLnNNzFf%2B6AU%2Bm1n4|tkp%3ABk9SR_aul9H0YA Mine have cast iron bottom sections on the legs. They also have 1 1/2" wood edged tops. They came from an old Pizza joint that closed around 20 years ago and I got them for $20 each. They are Melamine laminated particle board with a real oak edges. I'm not a big fan of particle board but the Melamine laminate is hard and smooth and heat resistant. My Mouse tracks really good on it and there is plenty of room for my computer and monitor and my cool old desk lamp. A PC sitting on or near the floor will collect dust and hair like a vacuum cleaner especially if you own pets.
  9. Happy Birthday Idiots. Kissy Kissy @Janey
  10. I bought 2 used 4x6 foot restaurant type tables with the 2 metal pedestal type legs around 12 years ago. Still suites my needs. 1 is our kitchen table and the other one is my desk. They are very stable and well built. The arms of my computer chair are just 1/2" below the table top which keeps your arm and hand in a straight line when using the mouse. Probibly why I don't have carpal tunnel or any other muscle or joint pain associated with being at a desk for hours on end.
  11. 7000 series Ryzen chips run HOT. With a good 360mm AIO water cooler they can easily get up to 95C under load. Intels 13900k will run very hot as well. Intel just released info on there 13000 series chips the other day. Release date is October 20th. 5000 series Ryzen chip prices are steadily dropping allready. Good time to upgrade to the 5000 series chips if you are running a 1000,2000 or 3000 series Ryzen chip. I'll have to look up my MSI x470 gaming plus max motherboard and see if it fully supports 5000 series chips. If it does I'm most likely going to upgrade my 3700x to a 5800x or a 5800X3D. The 5800x is allready down to around $250 and it should go lower. And the Ryzen chips are now officially available from Bestbuy if anyone wants one.The 7950X is sold out allready lol. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?_dyncharset=UTF-8&browsedCategory=abcat0507010&id=pcat17071&iht=n&ks=960&list=y&qp=processorsocketsv_facet%3DProcessor Socket~Socket AM5&sc=Global&st=categoryid%24abcat0507010&type=page&usc=All Categories
  12. Just seen that Ron DeSantis is ordering mandatory evacuations for many coastal cities due to the massive storm surge. It's moving slow but picking up gusto as it makes landfall.
  13. Comcast throttles the living crap out of our upload speed. 947.22mbps down 41.94mbps upload. Upload latency is double what the download latency is as well. Comcast is the Devil but it's the only thing we have in our area except for that slow ass phone line DSL and CenturyLink which only offers a 20mbps connection.
  14. New 7000 series AMD chips absolutely destroy a $1000++ Binned intel 12900ks in Cinebench R23. The crazy thing is that this was with "Off The Shelf" motherboard and CPU and Memory and it was an All Core overclock. Even a Binned intel 12900ks on a Binned motherboard can not run stable with an All Core overclock without disabling the E cores (Efficient-cores).
  15. LMAO!!!! Who was it that started calling you Bud Light? Was it that goofy @Giggles? I forget lol.
  16. there's 1 of my favorite idiots. Kinda crazy and scary looking though. lol
  17. And 13 years later STILL a HUUUUUGE Pain in the Ass. lol Server 2 and especially when the late night crew was on, soooooooo much fun. lol
  18. Ya I would wait for at-least a couple of weeks or better yet until Black Friday which is November 25. October 12th is the release date for the new Nvidia 4000 series video cards. AMD ryzen 7000 series CPUs are due to be released here in just a couple of days. Prices on alot of the CPUs and GPUs will be down significantly by Black Friday. Can't believe your kicking our asses with an HP. HAX lol.
