Dude that sucks big time.  That happened to me once about 12 years ago and luckily they had just backed up my info a few hours before so they scrubbed the data and reloaded it after I had changed my credentials.
I don't remember much other than it was a pain in the @ss. Hope they get it straightened out for you.

Nice man that looks like a real project and I know because me and my 2 brothers are general contractors I see this all the time.. people just let stuff go to shit!! I hope everything goes smooth for you

Oh the pleasures of being a slumlord !!!  Growing up my parents had rentals and my childhood was spent working on them when renters moved out.  I've seen some crazy shit.  But I learned how to do construction and repairs and I am very grateful for that.  I was using a circular saw, drills and other power tools at age 9.   And throughout my life I did everything on our personal homes myself and with help of my kids.  But I refused to get into the rental business.  Too many headaches !!!  Now flipping a property is fine.  But seeing how the housing market is going to crash in the next year or so, even flipping is a risk.  

So, I bought my first investment property and have been slammed between managing contractors and my regular work. My intent was to make YouTube videos of my adventure as I went, but so far I've only published two.  If you don't mind watching and liking them, yes, even if you think they suck that would be awesome.
 
My Facebook business page that I would use to promote the videos got jacked and now says I'm a moderator and can't post which means I can't run ads.  Anyhow, here's he links to my second video. I welcome your feedback since this is all new to me.
 

Beware of investing in alt coins.  I didn't understand gas fees and would have done much better had I left my money in ETH and not staked WISE.  The interest and profits were great, but I made the mistake of doing multiple smaller investments for different time periods. Thus, when I was up around $2000 each on about a $350 investment each I was stingy and thought I'd wait for the $300 transaction fees to go down. Now, the investments are worth about $300 each, but the fees are $350-$400.
The result was fabulous gains that I couldn't pull out because the transaction fees by the minors were so high. 
The moral of the story is you can find a great alt coin and do well, but still lose due to the miners.
All that to say, by staying with Bitcoin or Etherium, your transaction fees are low compared to other coins. Had I stayed with just ETH  I could have walked away with $12k profit on my initial investment.
