South Park is usually pretty fast producing shows that use heavy sarcasm on current world events. Often only a matter of weeks. I'm waiting for this one if it hasnt already happened yet.

Modern games, like MW2019, require beefy cards if you want reasonably high settings and to avoid heavy lag. I would go with their 'recommended' spec just to start (in this case a 1660) but even their recommended cards tend to be lacking. However the 1660 would be in that range price-wise as a mid-range card.
