No, not SOP at all here. Personally, I see no reason to partition a drive. Exception to that would be a >2TB drive with intention to use it as a boot device. In that case, it has to be partitioned due to boot partition size limitations in Win7. Not sure if Win8 removed that restriction. But anyway, you can still store programs on a drive other than the typical location on C:. I find creating partitions to organize data/programs is a lousy idea simply because it creates wasted space that might have otherwise been utilized more easily. Or if you estimate low, you end up running out of space. Either way, you eventually run off to find some program, to do a non-destructive partition size adjustment. IMHO: Organize using folders, not partitions.

330W power supply!???! What a joke! Replace that with at least an 800W. That kind of shit blows my mind. They engineer a pretty nicely spec'ed system and then under-power the damn thing. I predict no end of weird crashes in graphic intensive games if you remain at 300W

Find someone who knows how to build a PC and go from there. Alienware used to be high-end gaming gear, but it was very high priced and probably pretty formulaic in selection of components rather than optimizing for best performance. Nevertheless, they made a name on being THE manufacturer of high-end gaming systems. Then Dell came along. Can't say that they are worth a damn any more if the Dell philosophy of computer building has crept in. But whatever. Best performance and bang for the buck these days is found by building your own. As for that particular video card? No. Outdated.

I bought a Logitech G710+ when my G19 "W" key started sticking. I also have a Logitech Performance MX cordless mouse and a Logitech G13 Gamepad. I don't really use the keyboard for much at all when gaming. But I do love the keyboard for regular computer work. I was going to get a Corsair and even got a M95 mouse from Amazon, but returned it because it did not fit my had properly. Also, the K95 keyboard was announced eons ago, but they just won't ship the damn thing. I don't get that. The K90 is a blended keyboard using mechanical keys for the QWERTY keys and the number pad, but membrane keys for the function keys (F1 - F12) and for the programmable keys. The K95 is the EXACT same design, but is 100% mechanical. Given that, I just don't get why it hasn't shipped yet. I think it was announced at CES 2012. Ridiculous. So I gave up on them.

I certainly agree, Keg! ANYTHING with statistics or a questionable standard of conduct MUST be researched before regurgitating. OR, barring that, and assuming you simply don't have the time to do the research, ignore it. This crap is generated by internet trolls to infuriate the easily led. Don't be a lemming. This one in particular, has been circulating in endless waves. The only solid advice to give on charitable giving is to give to something you actually care about. If you must give "generically," like to some of the organizations listed here that have multiple outreach services, then do what you can to understand more about what the particular organization does so as to have a defined purpose behind your giving. AND... NEVER GIVE MONEY OVER THE PHONE TO ANYONE THAT CALLS YOU BLINDLY - even if you have every reason to believe they are legit. YOU should be the one initiating a charitable donation, not someone else panhandling for one.
