I would swap out the power supply for a Corsair AX series Professional grade PSU like this one.

http://www.newegg.co...N82E16817139044

I've had quite a few headaches with Cooler Master PSUs.The last one turned me away from Cooler Master, after it died in 2 months and they refused to honor they're warranty.

And even though Both CPU coolers that you have chosen are good (for Air Coolers) they are almost the same price as a closed loop Water cooler.

The Corsair H80 is AWESOME.I have a 1st gen H50 on my PC now and a H80 on PC that I'm building up.The water cooler Will fit in the Haf X with no problems.

Another thing if you want 16gb of memory I would get it in 2 sticks. That way if you need or want more you can always put more in.

Here is a couple Pics of 2 of my PCs.The one is in the process of being built.4.2ghz 8 core AMD in one and 4 core AMD 3.4 OCed to 4.6ghz.Both run 34-40c temp.I LOVE THESE COOLERS lol.

Great rig - I have the same case, PSU, vid card etc. Those components should do you very well. I've had no problem with my PSU. It's chugged along nicely for the past 12 months. That CPU and mobo combo should be an excellent over-clocker if that's something that you're interested in. I've hit a stable 5.0Ghz on air with my ASAUS P8z77-V Deluxe mobo and i5 2500k.

Good luck!
