Hey Guys!

 

So little qeustion here.. I have this awfull tendency of waking up from the alarm clock and putting it out then thinking.. Hey I can lie down and wake up in bed and then I fall asleep agian.. And I know I shouldnt go back to bed But I keep doing it D: 

Anyone got some tips?

simple.... move the alarm to the other side of the room. (far away enough that you have to take a few steps)

 

also, go to bed earlier. (don't get less than 7hrs of sleep)

i have an app for my phone that makes me do a mini puzzle before it shuts off.   i am usually awake enough to get up by then.

It's called "discipline"! Get your ass up! I have NEVER used a snooze in my life! When its time, its time! I won't let my wife use the snooze when she must get up and I don't - I push her ass out of bed so I can go back to sleep and I don't keep getting woke up!

 

Or maybe if that don't work an electric shock that works off the alarm!

set an alarm on your phone, and set an alarm a couple minutes later on an alarm clock across the room.

I set multiple alarms on my iPhone at 5 min intervals. I have a really annoying alarm sound also. When I really need to be awake I will set my phone out of reach so I have to get up and turn it off. 

 

I also remember years a go there was a phone service you could call and set a wake up call. I wonder if those are still around.

How about do lots of meth and never sleep. You know we wish we could all do that.... not sleep that is. Fuck the meth!!!!!!!!! Meth is wack!

BTW I just started watching Breaking Bad on Netflix. What a bad ass show. The main character used to play one Malcolm in the Middle. He has always been convicing to me. He is at his best in Breaking Bad. Just started Season 2. I'm addicted so to speak. :)
