As many of you know I have a G13 game pad. I really like it but it has become unprogramable I contacted their support and was told some things to try but I had already did all those things. Then I was told it was still under warrantee and they would get back to me to let me know what to do. Well yesterday I got an email from them asking if the issue had been resolved? Lol I went back and told th3m no. Another email came last night from a support worked wanting to redo all the things I already had. Just a few minutes ago I wrote a nasty letter telling them how disappointed I was afterror years of having g Logitech as my preferred lable. So if you have probs with a product that is still under warrantee they may give you the run around.

Did you ever try uninstalling it?Then re-install it.Quite a few of us use that G13 and no one that I know has had problems like you BPD.

I've had to stop using their site. I've never gotten a response from their support the few times I tried in the past when trying to order something broke on their website.

 

Plus they stopped making the G9 mouse! That was the best mouse ever.

Johnny I have tried everything conceivable including a new hard drive and it still persist. This started a while back and gradually got worse. Support told me they have had d faculty ones and this is still under warrantee. Truth be told I would much rather just play with it but it's gotten so bad lately?

I've had mine for at least 4 years or more and I'm pretty sure  Beers has had one for quite sometime also but he did buy a new one cause one of his buttons popped off,but that won't help you.If you say it is under warranty I wonder why you can't send it back?

I finally found a phone number and called them just a few minutes ago. They are going to send me a new one just as soon as I get the email telling me wheye to ship it. At this point I am happy once more! Thanks everyonea!

My old one was one of those and I wore it out. The main problem with it was not enough keys for me!
