I really like it but it has become unprogramable I contacted their support and was told some things to try but I had already did all those things. Then I was told it was still under warrantee and they would get back to me to let me know what to do. Well yesterday I got an email from them asking if the issue had been resolved? Lol I went back and told th3m no. Another email came last night from a support worked wanting to redo all the things I already had. Just a few minutes ago I wrote a nasty letter telling them how disappointed I was afterror years of having g Logitech as my preferred lable. I've never gotten a response from their support the few times I tried in the past when trying to order something broke on their website. Plus they stopped making the G9 mouse! This started a while back and gradually got worse. Support told me they have had d faculty ones and this is still under warrantee. Truth be told I would much rather just play with it but it's gotten so bad lately? Awards
