I dl cod2 onto it and single player works great. But mp exe stops everytime??? not sure what to do ... Any suggestions?? Its 64 bit and 4 gigs of ram. You now have a big mac . Could be so many things really did the game install error free did you run it as an administrator ? did you load all the patches (forget how many) and did that right ? You might also want to make sure you run the game with dirx 7 or 9 as you choice. I think & defaults to 10 and that no good for cod2. Hard to answer but theres a few to try. I just clicked out of it by clicking the red x. and the game continued to load and install fine... And if my memory serves me correctly, aint there just 1 cod2 patch.. the 1.3??? Others run again " not everything! " My woman can play everything maps! I have the play CoD 2 and the patch 1.3 already 2x anew installed! My Viretuellen memory on 600 min and 600 max. sedately: also does not go. I have installed graphic arts maps treiber also anew! Mine betriebssystem is weeks old only a few! This is a Sh... What it looks like to me is the game is calling for some material (material could be the image you see that makes a wall or ground look like it does) in the game and is not finding them . So either there missing or in the wrong folder. the reason some maps work and some do not is the maps all have different textures material models and fx running in them. So if your game has everything needed to play it will run that map. If just one file is missing it will give you an error of some type. As with yours is missing some textures. My guess is bad download of the map. So delete it and let the server load it next time around. And do that for every time your missing a texture or material. If the errorrs start going missing model or fx it would be the game missing files and that would mean reloading the game. Sorry but theres way to many reason for these errors to be more accurate.
