if you have mb  specs from there web site or manual ,look for your LAN chip maybe for instance RtL1118B....then go here   realtek.com.tw/downloads/         ........ on left menu you will see communication network ic's , right click and select what you have,if its onboard [embedded into motherboard] use pcie,at top you will see the model numbers select yours then down load the latest one
