Hi there.. There is one item i would like to bring up. At the start of each battle the weapons dont load for about 5-6 seconds. I can understand to a certain degree why, but some of us U.K. members find it hard to fight when grenades are being thrown at us before we can load tubes / nades etc. This is obviously due to ping and closeness to the main server, Is it possible to abolish this time delay as to some of us it makes no difference to game play as we can die before our weapons are loaded. Keep the 6 second invisibility but could the time delay on weapons loading be taken off..

Further to my last post on this subject (must admit i`m surprised Noone has answered this).

Weapon delay loading.. Ok this is fine if you have an ultra fast p.c. and very near the server. I am not, Neither are a lot of us U.K. players. We are finding that we are being shot and froze before our weapons i.e Grenades and Grenade launchers

Sorry Capt Tiger not sure what you mean here, you can fire your weapons as soon as game begins and that takes you out of the invisibility mode, i have never had any trouble with anyone shooting me before i could load, never noticed any time delay as far as i know there is'nt one, after you become visible (6 seconds) there is still a slight delay for everyone before you can throw grenades use noob tubes etc, sorry mate think you have this one wrong. Also spawn camping is a legitimate part of FTAG without it just about everygame would go the full 20 mins and that would be very boring, personally think 6 seconds is enough for the vast majority of maps, only a couple of months ago we had people posting on here wanting the invisibility time reduced so you see you can't please everybody.

As rugger has said all these times are in the servers and it does not discriminate as to who gets what and when....

i love the server the way it is. the only thing i would request is that the inactivity kick time should be way less. like a 1 1/2 minutes or 2. at most. alot of AFKers all the sudden. people are trying to get in and cant. when it comes to spawning sometimes you get stuck on a AFKer for a sec or 2.

Ok no probs with most of these comments . The respawn issue is that when we respawn we cant move because of other peoples slow pc`s so the 6 second invisibilty is useless as by the time we have managed to move we are visible again even though ti showing them in game its not registered on their pc yet so we all get stuck on spawn tryin to move and then swearin at other players (which has been done by many) " COME ON PEOPLE F***ING MOVE OUTTA SPAWN NOW !" They cant move because of the other peoples slow pc`s. Is there any way of sorting tjis other than random spawn !"?

I hear you tiger but most of the time on the respawn you have 1- 3 players at a time being defrosted.....

Capt Tiger i still don't think that you are thinking this out logically mate, at the start of each round you might have 12-15 players on your team all spawning at once, if you are say 8 or 9 in that line of players you will have to wait until everyone in front of you moves, (and we are only talking about 1 or 2 secs here) nothing to do at all with computer speeds, Greywolf is correct sometimes it might be good idea just to try and quickly change direction and get out another way. But lets put it another way at the start of each round your opponents are spawning (having the same problems as you) over the other side of the map, so that first 6 seconds of invisibilty is'nt really important, you aint gonna get shot in that first 6 secs of a game, the invisibility was incorporated into the game to help you when your team are under pressure ie you are the last man and the opposition are all over your spawn, it's to give you a fighting chance and as we all know many a game has been won from a nearly impossible position when that last man gets out and defrosts away from spawn, first 6 seconds of each round of every

Perhaps if his connection to the server is a little slower, he connects a few seconds later than most other players at the beginning of a round and by the time he is on and running, the players with the quicker connections have their tubes/nades etc. loaded and his are not yet.
