Put the chicken into the bottom of your cooker; frozen is okay, but cut it into chunks. Add the diced onion, canned beans, tomatoes, chiles, corn, and grated sweet potato. Now add the mustard, honey, and dried spices. Carefully stir well to distribute spices the best you can. Pour in the chicken broth.Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until chicken easily shreds with two large forks. Although you could cook this on high in 4 hours, the flavors will meld best when cooked low and slow. Stir very well and serve in a large bowl with your favorite chili toppings. We like shredded cheese and sour cream. Sonovabich, hxtr and bds1961 3 Awards

I have a large one but it end up making way too much food and end up eating bad ass left overs for a week or longer. I wanted one to do small meals like today's meal.. ISIS Disaproved Pork Chops. Today I have 3 ISIS disproved pork chop on the bottom. Some olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, basel, oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and chicken bouillon. On top of that is a potato and an onion diced. Then cayenne pepper on top of that. You can never have too much cayenne pepper. I doubt I will be on the shitter after this meal but we can hope for the best. If anyone knows how to make a Shepard Pie and if I can make it in this... please tell me how. I will give it a try. Please post recipe idea you have. Lets make cooking great again. I will try out anything that does not contain fish in it. I have a problem with fish. I don't like it.
