When bought my first house in 1989 mortgage rates was 10,75% and is was a good rate then, it everyone siad il will never gonna go down 6% like in 1965 ...ahahah wrong i felt down to 2% . With these high inflation rates , interest rates had to be raise to stop inflation like was in late 70's . Be ware those who have a high mortgage amount , in my place the people are byuing a monthly payment for their budget and they dont care of the amount of dollars they have on mortgage. These low interest rates will not stay .... Awards
