I found this one so funny, but maybe it's just because I work in an elementary school :laughing:

They stole the kids snow days too! Now in the states on school snow closings the kids have to go to remote learning at home on the pc.

Je compatis @AthenA ! Ma femme est aussi enseignante dans le primaire. Les écoliers (et les parents) sont de plus en plus difficiles. Elle a d'ailleurs fait un burn-out.

It's actually pretty sad. They don't do it here (yet ?), but it implies about only 2 days a year, so it's not too bad and we take out two planifications day off the school calendar and make them class days, so it remains a little bit the same. In the meantime, children can still go out and enjoy the snowstorm !

Merci et je compatis énormément aussi ! Je suis passée par le même chemin il y a à peine plus d'un an. Les élèves et les parents sont de plus en plus difficiles oui, mais depuis la pandémie c'est pire. Dis-lui que j'aurai maintenant une pensée pour elle fréquemment ! 

 

@BlackRose and @TBB Non, please not more snow or the "He stole our snow and she destroyed our fort !" will never stop :laughing:
