Distilled pure water doesn't conduct electricity. Water itself is not a conductor rather the contaminates in the water are.

True its the minerals inside it  that conducts.

De- mineralized water is used to cool off big welding cables on automobile building plant spotwelders

seriously, don't buy pickles that have that bright yellow look to them!  -->  Sure, pickles are naturally green, just not the vibrant green you often see in jars. To keep cucumber skins from fading during their stint on supermarket shelves, manufacturers often add yellow coloring to amplify their natural color. Some food companies use turmeric (a yellow spice added to curry) and some use tartrazine, an artificial lemon-yellow dye derived from coal tar that may cause mutations in cell DNA. Tartrazine also goes by the names FD&C; Yellow #5 and Yellow 5. Read labels and choose pickle brands without added synthetic color. A few, like Trader Joe’s brand pickles, are dye-free. If you can’t give up your neon green dills, sours and sweets, opt for those containing natural coloring

Tartrazine is known as E102 over here and causes all kinds of issues.

It used to be used a lot in childrens drinks but was known to cause hyperactivity and mental stress, making it difficult for children to study.

I'm not sure the alternatives are any better but as natural as can possibly be would be the best colouring . Or none at all

Copied/pasted from here  https://www.exploreenumbers.co.uk/Dangers-and-Side-Effects-of-E-Numbers.html

E102 - tartazine

This is also a yellow food colouring and may cause allergic reactions in some people, including asthma attacks. It’s found in a range of products, such as soups, custard powder, mustard, marmalade, jelly, marzipan, ice lollies, fizzy drinks and squash. Again, it’s recently been found to increase hyperactivity in children. The government now recommend that, if a child has signs of hyperactivity or ADHD, it’s worth avoiding this additive. It is already banned from use in Austria and Norway.

The thought of water cooling welding cables is wild. That'd be an interesting system to understand. Do they have boilers to supply the water? How do they seal the system? Is there water flow with pumps? All kinds of questions on that one. 🙂

Which when you compare the crap candy here in the USA compared to candy in Europe and the UK, they're trying to kill us here at an early age clearly. EU and UK have standards the USA completely lacks in food quality.

I did a little search because I know there are lots of video's that go into this but ran into this  conversation that gets into that topic.  If true I find it alarming a lot of UK candy is now USA candy companies. That's not good guys. Stay away from our candy companies. Not trying to be greedy I promise. Plenty of that crap here already.

To be honest, most of the ones here put Turmeric in so it is going to have that yellow look. Probably crap Turmeric.

The system is feed with city water, then chemically threated so its conductivity fall to zero,.

The entire water cooliing system is a closed loop , cold water goes to cool off cable then come back to be cooled of with chiller etc .

I know the fact cause i worked as maintenance electrician in a GM car assembly plant for 21 yrs.

You sounded like you had inside knowledge. I would love to have seen a GM assembly plant. I bet that was an interesting job.

Chemically treated... ok I was wonder how they kept contaminates out. Very cool... and super efficient with all that welding going on.
