I just seen this today on the XI Insurgency Discord from one of our regulars who knew Snap well. "Just as a heads up to everyone, Snap XI (Paul) recently passed away on the 14th of November due to Pneumonia and complications with prior conditions, his Nephew currently has access to his discord account and are in the process of putting something together to potentially have a place to leave messages for his wife who is very familiar with his love of the gaming communities he was part of. Paul was 75 and loved gaming right until the end, I'm sure you've all had great experiences with him over the years, you can forward messages to his Nephew via his discord account (snap5285) or hopefully something will be in place soon to put them all in one place. His family will be keeping an eye on the Insurgency discord for any messages or memories to pass onto his wife" RIP Snap2 points

So, was not around the last 2 nights because my buds band was playing, he was the lead singer of my all rime fav band Monster Truck, he left to follow his heart and a dream, I have been sooooo fortunate to be included in that journey with him, i even introduced him to the guy who is his new lead guitarist for his nrw band, more a country rock/southern rock sound. They opened for a pretty decent Canadian band called Big Wreck this week for 2 back to back shows,i was ofcourse there hanging back stage for both shows and watched them from the side of stage as they performed! I was even asked 3 times if I was the band Manager, the one time right infront of my buddy Jon who created the band and is lead singer, i replied that time "Not yet, but let the guy beside me know I play the part well" lol Few pics and a have a cool video from singing "Hey Tonight" by CCR in the trailer before going on stage but wont load on website dammit Gotta say, it feels amazing to be a part of something from the start and watching it grow and seeing people in crowd react and enjoy the night, totally honored to be accepted by these boys as one of theirs! Tell her to never let that hold her back. She could do amazing things. She needs to go do it. If she ever needs any advice or help you can let her talk to me. It would be so good for her. And for you I am honestly very happy and proud to hear that. You are never to old to advance or change.2 points

She worries that her writing skills may hold her back in college. On a related note, I’m excited to share that I am just two weeks away from completing my MBA, a journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. Couple things that I would like to add about "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" which seems to be a "Grey Area" that needs to be better defined. This is a Gaming Community not a Competitive Clan. Some people tend to be serious "try hards" that will do everything that they can to win on every single map. This can be considered Unsportsmanlike Conduct if the person is constantly emptying out our servers. The People that modify there game files and the games CVAR/DVAR settings via the console (not talking about the settings in the options) to get an unfair advantage is something that really pisses me off. I know for a fact that we have several people that are using ProMod configs and other bullshit to get an unfair advantage. It's my opinion that those people should be permanently removed from our servers. This is Unsportsmanlike Conduct and is against the XI Code of Conduct. Team Stacking has been a serious problem for a Long Long time. I've even seen a couple Admins do it. There is no way that the same exact people end up on the same exact team on every map, day in and day out. I know of over a dozen regular players, in the evenings, that constantly team stacks. If you can't join a Random team without sitting in spectate until someone joins the other team then, IMO you need to piss off and find somewhere else to play. This can also be considered Unsportsmanlike Conduct.2 points

Expressing my perspective regarding the current practice of skipping maps in the MW Freeze Tag server is essential. Upon joining the server, I often find myself repeatedly engaging in the same maps, which has become monotonous. While I understand that individual preferences may lead some players to abstain from specific maps, we must recognize that our selection of maps is limited. The essence of Freeze Tag lies in its emphasis on points and teamwork, irrespective of the specific map being played. The practice of omitting every other map has become increasingly monotonous. The objective should not solely focus on individual skills but emphasize collaboration among team members to achieve victory through offensive actions and revivals. It is natural to encounter players with more excellent skills, and viewing these situations as opportunities for personal improvement is crucial. Complaints regarding other players being "too good" disrupt the experience, but overcoming such challenges is a fundamental aspect of competitive gaming. While I acknowledge that my sentiments may not resonate with everyone, I genuinely participate in this community to enjoy camaraderie with fellow clan members. This commitment is reflected in my participation in Zoom meetings and XI Fest events and my willingness to assist players in need. I do not perceive myself as a "distinguished member" of this clan; I consider myself a long-standing member who values our shared community.1 point

LCB same in Canada , i use the shoulder to pass the road Karians if need be yes Karians drive middle or right lane and save on brake pads & gas, i bet if a ambulance came behind you and you park the car there.1 point -

Dont normally react and like to stay in the background.....................................but one thing that pisses me and other players off is the constant bunny hopping around the map shooting people in the head across the map yep they may be good but not that good i now find myself joining another site if certain players are on which falls in to the (unsportmanlike conduct) of certain individuals. Ive seen on another site anyone hopping around to much ends up losing their weapon would be a nice addition to this server and bring back a level playing field for those players just on here for fun and the craic and not using glitches to maximise them winning1 point -
