I do not think it is a North vs South thing, to me it is a tastebud thing. My vote - Hellman's all the way, it is perfect. Duke's is a close second. As for the other two, I'll be honest, I will actually spit it out if I go to a restaurant or "party" and have like potato salad or anything really that has that sweet goey icky texture and flavor in my mouth, yuckie. I figure those that are used to eating loads of sugary things see no problem with them. Having grown up in the South, I must admit most folks would use that awful "Salad Dressing" junk and think it was real mayonnaise, but alas it is not in any way French. 2 cents

Kraft sucks and never tried Duke's. I'm going to go with Miracle Whip because it's what I usually end up grabbing. Small towns don't have a very big selection of options.
