Norwegian Icebreaker heads up the OTTAWA River As you may have seen on the news it's been very cold in OTTAWA ... So cold, in fact, that the City Government has borrowed a Norwegian Icebreaker to clear the RIDEAU River for fishing and migrating waterfowl. The Icebreaker is starting near CARLETON UNIVERSITY and is working its way northward. Here is a picture as the hard work of ice breaking begins. Impressive! Any chance an Admin could edit my details to remove that foreign flag from against my name please? Currently "unknown" seems to default to the EU flag with which I certainly do not wish to be associated. The British Union Flag would be desirable as my nationality is British not "European". Personally, I am greatly hesitant to mess around with settings unless I have to. What you've done may work well for those with powerful PCs with powerful GPUs but less well for those of us with 32-bit systems, 4GB RAM and 1GB graphics cards. If all it does is show more blood when b****y snipers pick us off at spawn, it doesn't promise a great enhancement.

I thought there was an all-inclusive patch pack available via Downloader. Is this what you are applying after installing the game? I don't have the 64-bit Windows 7 myself so advice I could offer is, perhaps, limited. It is worth persevering with, George, as I am sure you'd enjoy chucking satchels about!

In the overwhelming majority of cases, what you say cannot be challenged, Tom, and there is certainly no justification for calling players out within a game. If one has concerns, they should be raised with an Admin but in the full understanding that the Admins do not set the benchmarks themselves. I do think the standard of proof required is too high, personally, but there is always the option not to play on a server where a misbehaving visitor escapes censure.

Harry, if a similar automated system was in use on the forums to that employed in BF4, I'd be kicked and banned... Your awful news induced an outburst of coprolalia more fitting to the battlefield itself! You know about words on a page as they're old friends but they don't adequately convey the emotions one feels when receiving this sort of stuff or the deeply-felt warmth and sympathy - damn it, the love that must be sent through the ether! The anger, the questioning, the puzzlement... How? Why?! Why you?!!! If memory serves me correctly (bear with me, old fella, as we are of a like generation...), you're not a deeply religious guy so I am going to ask your forgiveness before I pray mightily for you as I do for all who are sick and suffering. I have unshakeable faith in the real power of prayer and I know that many of my good brothers and sisters in Christ on here are going to unite with me in a single voice to the Heavenly Father on your behalf.
