Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition is not compatible with LGA1200 because the newer Intel chips run WAY WAY hotter than they are advertised. LGA1200 does use the same mounting hardware as the LGA115X chips but that cooler is not large enough. It will overheat if you use that cooler.
This list is from the manufacturers site. LGA2066, LGA2011-v3, LGA2011, LGA1151, LGA1150, LGA1156, LGA1155, LGA1366, AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2, FM2+, FM2, FM1

The newer intel chips run extremely hot from all of the benchmarks and stuff that I've read on them. The 125W TDP is 100% bullshit. Real world testing puts them between 185-200W under load and 250W burst. Rocket-Lake-S processors have a secondary PL2 state where it can utilize 250 Watts of power in 1 minute bursts. This will quickly Heat Soak any medium sized air cooler.
This is the 2 best air coolers that you can get for the Rocket-Lake-S CPUs but they are HUGE.
