@Snitz - while a friendly trash talk is acceptable form of having fun in the servers. Disrespecting or ignoring admins will have serious consequences. In future please do pay attention to the admins. Often times a supposedly friendly exchange turns in to a heated exchange and admins keep an eye out to discourage a hostile environment it spoils the fun for everyone. 
 

OK, I think I figured it out.  I have an NVIDIA card and the last time I updated drivers , it downloaded the GE Force  Experience, which does some recording of games, I guess.  I turned that crap off and voila!  No more FPS drops.  Thanks for all the input!

Damn, I forgot about that

u running amd or intel one of the window updates made intel cpu run slower. not sure if that could be it.make sure something not using up ur ram. or any heating issues. cus heat can make ur graphic card or cpu slow down .

Just a little update from Houston.  Were still under a midnight curfew. Gas isn't in short supply. It is more expensive though. last night i filled up at 2.33/gallon.  its been about 1.98/gallon. They call Houston the Bayou City for a reason and that is what has led to most of the bad flooding. The parts of Houston that got it the worst now are the ones near the reservoirs since they continued to rise all the way through yesterday. I believe most everyone has power now. The total rainfall for where I'm at was at 49 inches i believe. We usually get 50" a year. We never lost power and water didn't get inside our house. about half of our neighborhood wasn't so lucky.  Water made it halfway up the driveway and slightly into the cab of my truck.  Once the rain eased up some my buddy and i helped others with his boat like so many others did. It really was a sight to see. In area where first responders couldn't get to there were tons of ordinary citizens helping each-other.  Thanks for everything you guys are doing @Texas  there are soo many people who lost everything its just unreal. I lived here most of my life and have never seen it get as bad as it got.   Well thats all i got. just an update and some info that may or m,ay not be out there on national news 

Don't get scammed today we had a meeting at work witch we do every Tuesday but this was different normally its a safety meet but we have a lot of family and friends in the Houston area we talked about that. The General contractor called Austin had a donation box go around witch got $5000 and company I work for matched it so you got $10,000 coming from us not much but I'm sure anything helps. Hope all is well still haven't herd from my friend Ling called and text no response.

Talked to him on TS for a couple hours early Tuesday morning last week. It was around 2am EST that he hopped on and we talked for a while. Mostly just BSing. He said he had to go in and have an operation on his "other" foot but he was in good spirits. Through all the bullshit he went through with the EX (QueenCobra) and his health problems he was not one to complain about anything.
 
It was late and BoomBoom popped in the MW2 server for part of a map. He must of been up checking on the little one and decided to stop in for a bit.
I still have Cobras voice in my head from him saying "hahahahaha !fu @iboomboom".
 
What a great great person. I'm definitely going to miss the hell out of that Idiot.

I don't know what to say......he was my best friend in XI.  I couldn't have asked for a better friend.  we were like partners in crime kicking ass in COD4 and War Thunder.  i always looked forward to shootin the breeze with him in TS, talking about anything and everything.  he helped train me as an admin, and i could always go to him for advice.  when he ended up in the hospital and PT last year, gaming just wasn't fun anymore.  you didn't deserve this.  i miss you buddy

Glad I got to meet him at >XI<Fest Great Guy! I know he had his up's and downs like everyone in life.  We talked about shit won't go into to specifics . But he wanted that >XI< Tee shirt I got it for him and sent some parts he needed for his Rig. I wish I could send some time back now. Sorry been away a few days just seen this post! And I bet your a GREAT son just like your DAD!
 

Reminds us that we all are mortal and should strive to live each day to its fullest. Rest In Peace brother until we meet again.

I woke up this morning and gone to work. At 09:00 Trekvinger told me what happend to Bites and i could not believe this happend. 
I have had all day to share my feelings but i have no words that can explain how i feel right now. 
bites was like a big brother to me, i remember the nights we hang out and talk about his life and his passion for cars and his own cars and have fun with him laughing all night long untill i was so drunk that i fel down to sleep on my keyboard. 
We recently had a long talk again about all kind of bullshit and i am so happy that we did. 

Dear Cobrabites, Big brother my friend i will miss you so so much i hope you have it good up there but we will be missing you alot down here. 

RIP CobraBites>XI< We love you.
