    Appeal details: I was banned unfairly. I am asking for another chance. A head admin and I discussed things on a personal matter, not formal matter, and a misunderstanding took place. When we discussed it, I was told to tone it down when "Not so good" players were playing. They also assured me that when good players were playing, I wouldn't have to as much. I do not do good every time, yes, some maps I do. But I feel this is on a personal level, not an admin level. Only one admin discussed this with me and it was on a personal level, which caused misunderstandings. I feel it is very unfair for me to be banned because I play well while other players reach 100+ numerous times.

    I use the Turtle Beach PX22s myself because they came with my 360, has survived my abuse of it for over a year now and provides pretty good sound, don't really know how well the mic is though as I haven't heard myself on the other side.

    Okay, I am trading my car audio system (values around $200-$250 resale value) and I have a guy wanting to trade me a PC and laptop with the following specs:
     

    Dell Inspiron 560

    Intel core 2 duo e7500 @ 2.93 GHz

    4.0 GB ram

    64-bit

    Nvidia GeForce GT 610

    Windows 7 Premium

     

    and the laptop

     

    HP Pavlilon G6

    AMD A6-4400M APU w/Radeon Graphics @2.70 GHz

    4.0 Ram

    64-Bit

     

    Would this be a worthy trade or should I look around some more? Just looking to get better FPS in CoD 4 tbh.

    @@hxtr those sound expensive lol, I just had my tires replaced when I got this car in Feb-April and it has Goodyear tires on it, not sure which ones though but it cost ~$400 so it's probably nothing fancy :X

     

    I try to slow down but I usually have people ridin my ass so I just go whatever everyone else is going...not the best idea but I know how those road ragers can get :X

    I tried not freaking out butttt my friend was in the car and I was afraid something would happen so I did I guess what you said I wasn't supposed to do and slammed on my brakes :X I was going straight though so it worked out well kinda and yeah, the accident was crazy, made me feel really bad because it happened less than a mile away and I was at a hookah bar at the time -_- Ty for the link though, with all this rain we've been having lately these roads have been getting covered a lot more than I am used to...just hope when it happens it won't be bad.

    Recently Indiana has been getting hit with a LOT of rain...well a couple of nights ago it was pretty much like a fog bank from the rain, couldn't even see out the windows and the roads were pretty much completely flooded...and sadly one of my friends was involved in a wreck that killed her and her bf's dad.

    With all the adults here, I was wondering if anyone had experience with hydroplaning and how they recover from it. I also lost control that night but I was only going around 30 so it was easy to stop.

    Damn, musta been the same storms that went through Indiana a couple of days ago, straightline winds and the heavy downpours knocked down a shit ton of trees and flooded everything pretty badly :| But they cleaned up pretty quick, hope things are back to normal there soon too! :happy:
