My advice is just to laugh it off and forget it once you've cooled down, just forget the knee jerk reactions, why? because in the real world if you piss them off you are a marked man. Keep all the evidence and if it happens again do them for harassment. Fact is you do smoke 'stuff' and drink, an awful lot of people are prosecuted after being caught in the morning thinking they have slept it off.
