If so, go to www.realtek.com.tw Click there on the right hand "HD Audio" and go from there. After you installed it and rebooted, check in Control Panel - Sound that your devices it set ok ("as standard"). Don't blame COD4 as Windows doesn't have the fine version of the Realtek driver. Also update it everyonce in a while so if you do lose it you won't lose much

It will copy your profiles to a secondary place so is you crash , there's always a recent copy.
