I will get a few good pictures of it and forward to you guys I would be very greatful for anything that could be done....This picture from what I understand was a sketch/painting of him in US Army uniform upon him enlisting in a US Army carved frame with a globed glass face (which I broke tossing a ball in the house around age 11 or 12)....The frame I could restore and glass I cloud get made but the Image itself has been damaged and that is all I would like to have copies of.....I buried my father at age 14 and even today I can be some where and swear I see him so a good picture would mean the world.....Funny how things work but I have a sister that died as a infant and wanted something for my mothers birthday so I went on a search for her baptismal records knowing the church had burnt down years ago and all records that were saved were spread out but Lord knows best and not only did I find it but the original seal was where it was so copy sent and framed for her on her birthday .....WOW amazing how things work out some times.....Any who will get sent out sometime in next week via emails hxtr and Blackbart 2 Awards

Like you said, it's a B&W picture that's been colored, and the colors bleed everywhere. I've cleaned it up a bit but the colors are impossible to blend. I didn't even try to fix the background and cropped it out as much as possible. Given a few hours I could fix it quite a bit more, but here is a somewhat cleaner image. hxtr, Blackbart and simplemod 3 Awards
