(naturally you would need to duct the hot air off the coils to the outside to make any difference at all)

It's just a cheap way to make some cool air. It's better than nothing if nothing is what you have. It looks like a fun experiment to me. I was thinking it would be cool to use when camping in the RV. There was a company that made them at some point, so this works on the same principal. The solar cell and fan is a great idea. Awards
