When I tried to open Outlook, it told me that it was Not Implemented...excuse me, what? In case anyone else runs into this. After searching, I found this link that fixed the issue. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36852 which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs. It worked like a charm. But sins the update they did it works just fine again.I strongly suggest to work with outlook express from office or the free live version from Microsoft essentials.They work much better than the new integrated E-mail program.
