I am tired of AVG asking me to update to their paid protection and "New Task bar"...so I uninstalled it...did a little research and it seems Windows 10 doesn't need a Virus Protection....your thoughts other than am a cheap old bastard???

As long as you don't go to any virus infested websites you dont need any protection.

It's like having sex with someone, you can only get infected if they are already infected. If no infection exists you have nothing to worry about.

The build in Defender works fine for me, gets a lot of shit out of the computer, I have loads of custommers sending files over everyday and all the shit is getting directly deleted by defender. When i even try to put it on the desktop it says nope, and puts it away. Next to that indeed C-Cleaner  is a good program to keep ur browsers clean and fresh but you can still run others to, like avast or other programs compitable with win10. you can upgrade to win10 for free untill the 29th of this month :)
