Plays on win 7. Can mod on win 7. In addition to the XP compatibility mode run as administrator. Another thing is to check realtek settings. One of the usual culprits is whether or not you have audio front jack auto detection on. If so, turn that off so the proper driver is always loaded. Otherwise it will only work when you have both a headset and mic plugged in. Awards

It just will not find any XI servers. So start with just installing the game. Open window explorer and go to local drive ©/ program files/ activision/ call of duty cod 4 or 5 does not matter. Look for a file called cod 4 is iw3mp.exe cod 5 is CoDWaWmp.exe right click on one of those files and click run as an administrator then double click that file to launch the game and see if that works. hxtr 1 Awards
