For a test *only* (meaning I expect zero complaints if it doesnt make the cut )  I might add a B2 defroster as a care-package only item. Just to see how it goes. Will be a higher value item, probably same as a mininuke strike, so you wont see it very often. Reason for care-package only is so the enemy has a chance to steal it.

both of those choices are bad, altho a lot make one of them as a choice. I go a different route, THAW one or two THEN get a kill as time expired on the car. I can usually thaw 2 and get a kill.

as far as the main point of this thread goes, (and disregarding the bickering and spamming) FT is a >TEAM< game. 

There once was an old XI member  called Delta, I believe he was from France but I could be wrong. LOVED that guy. Very calm demeanor but he would call a motherfucker out for not defrosting his team. NOT HIM, his TEAM.

If you ignore thawing me more than once, I return the favor. I get it sometimes people aren't always 'tactically aware' and mistakes happen. But repeat offenders beware, turnabout is fair play.

And for the record, I HATE not thawing, since the points are higher for this than kills.

Thats known as having your cake and eating it too.  Strictly speaking, imo as-is it is overpowered for this gametype. Part of it is because its speed is double the default. That is to allow for defrosting teammates that are spread out. However for kill-only thats too fast. So the defroster car will remain fast and somewhat quieter than it is now. The killer car will match the stock games. Also matches the two sentryguns. Minigun or defroster. Since the killer car will be slower and easier to shoot I will likely bump up its health.

Yes it will be changed. As always using them both over time will determine if their individual settings need to be adjusted. Since one is basically defenseless it has to be fair and not easy to destroy. The other, since its %100 in attack mode, should also be fair but not an automatic kill. Been a couple discussions about it and not just something I thought up for the hell of it. Some will like it some will not. Same with the contact nade, rocket gun & defroster crossbow (2 rounds).
