Yup going to need one of those for 3D painting and sculpting. Anyone have first hand experience with xppen or Hurion? Unreliable, laggy, imprecise or other drawbacks?Cant trust online reviews anymore these days. Wacom is touted by everyone under the sun but they are pricey.

If you want good, you go Wacom. There are of course, plenty of other brands out there but with a tablet you really get what you pay for. A small wacom is cheap and should do what you need. I used them for University and I loved them. I am currently using a Ugee, some cheap ass chinese brand. They're not too bad, they do the job but they're not as good as a Wacom. I am looking at getting a Wacom when I can afford it.
