Can we assume your fibre connection enters your modem, from the modem to the pc you have a cat 6 cable? 
Have you performed a Tracert during your issues? This is easy to do google it. Look for very high ping spikes on certain loops(each loop is a different piece of equipment your connection go through before reaching the server)

If it’s not a connection thing it could be computer HEAT or Power supply. After these few checks I’m not qualified to suggest anything else.

Had the same problem here a few weeks ago. Made XI servers unplayable on my primary internet (fiber). For reference, the ESC server had no CIs. Had to route COD4 traffic over my secondary (comcast) for about a week before it resolved itself. Tracert and pings showed no abnormalities during CIs. It was just weird, lol

wolf  having any emails that are money app related ?   if so call your money app on phone to verify if they sent any email. for can be DOS from hackers. just sorting through this here
