Talked to him in game and he said it does the same thing with a different keyboard. I am stumped which doesn't happen very often. Maybe windows default keyboard is something different from US QWERTY ? Just guessing here but it may be worth looking at. Here's how to check. Go to Settings and click on Time and Language. Then click Region and Language and tap where it says English US and hit the Options button See if US QWERTY is the default keyboard it should look like the 3rd pic if it is. If US QWERTY is NOT the default keyboard Click Add a Keyboard and select US QWERTY and Delete the other keyboard.

One of your 2 CTRL keys might be stuck down. CTRL+ESC does the same thing as the windows key. Try popping the key cap off of both CTRL keys and clean them. That's either a problem with your keyboard or your keyboard software since it's Tabbing out of the game and opening up the start menu. I'm 99.9% sure there is no way a bind can tab you out of the game and opening the Start Menu lol. Betting on stuck key. Spill anything sticky on or near your keyboard lately? Beer? Coffee? Soda? 1 small drop is all it takes.

Several problems and solutions that I have learned over the years. CPU not properly seated will do that. It might see all 16gb of memory but only use a portion of it. When I build a New PC I put the CPU in the socket and clamp it down. Then take it back out and clamp it back down. I'll do this a couple times before I put my thermal paste on and bolt down the cooler. Lightly press down on the CPU while you lock it down the last time. AMDs memory controller is on the CPU so if it's not seated correctly it will cause all types of problems. 1st gen socket 939 and AM2 were notorious for not seating the 1st couple times. You could not just pop it in and go unless you were really lucky lol. Motherboard could have a faulty memory channel. I've had to RMA quite a few mid priced motherboards lately for PCs that I have built for people. CPU could be faulty but that rarely happens these days. Memory compatibility should Not be the issue since you are running the correct speed of memory for the motherboard and that memory is 1.2v. If memory voltage is higher than 1.5v you have to set the voltage up manually. You have Bios Version 3803 which is the latest version. Here is what I would do if you still have problems after Re-Seating the CPU. This is going to take hours but it's the only way to test both the memory and motherboard. This is your motherboard. I marked Channel 1 in Blue and Channel 2 in Orange. Step 1. Install 2 memory modules in channel 1 and load into windows and run Windows Memory diagnostics. Click Start, type mdsched.exe in the Search box, and then press Enter. Choose whether to restart the computer and run the tool immediately or schedule the tool to run at the next restart. Let it run untill it's completely done. If errors are displayed Replace memory. Step 2. Pull those out and put the other 2 in channel 1 and test again. Step 3. If no errors were detected Repeat the tests above on Channel 2 If you get errors in 1 channel and not the other you will have to RMA the motherboard. I know it sucks testing 4 sticks of memory in 4 different slots because it takes forever but that's the only way to test all 4 memory modules and all 4 memory slots. Hope this helps.

Looks pretty good. This is the same Developers that made the Free Insurgency Mod for Counter Strike Source. That was a really fun mod but it did not have very many maps. There full game had 16 maps after all the patches and updates. IMO That's not enough maps to keep people interested for more than a few months. Day of Infamy is another game that they made. Update: Ok well it plays the 1st 4 maps twice then continues on with the other maps

What's that say? It's been a long time since I read any Runic or Elder Futhark or Proto Norse. I can still read a couple words but not enough to understand what it says.

Something funky going on or is it just me? It's not crashing but it's acting like there are only 4 maps in rotation. Play 4 maps and it reloads the 1st map. If you skip 1 it loads back to the map you skipped after playing the one you skipped to. Hard to explain but there it is.

Ouch! TV refresh rates are absolutely horrible on TVs unless you spend some serious $$$$ for a good ISP or OLED TV and even then it will have a slightly higher refresh rate between 5ms-16ms. Most flat panel TVs have a ridiculously high refresh rate especially in 4k. Example: a decent gaming monitor will have a refresh rate of 1ms to 5ms for 720-1080p and 10-16ms+ in 4k. Most Flat panel TVs normally have around 30-40ms+ refresh rate (also known as input lag).
