So I went for the best power supply. The silverstone strider 80% silver 1500W modular PSU. However to meet your requirements, Nvidia are only recommending 600W!!! http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/product-geforce-gtx-580-uk.html However I wouldn't go below a 850W.
