I second that the GTX 570 is a fantastic card,im running the EVGA superclocked version and ive still been able to ramp it up a little more. Its giving me framerates over the 300 mark on medium settings.......I cant wait to get the new Asus formula V and get 2 of the beauties in.......

Keep in mind that not all EVGA cards have a lifetime warranty.Only the "AR" models are lifetime warranty,"KR" is 2 years.

I'd take either an EVGA (withc AR suffix) if you want a regular GTX570.

If you want a GOOD one, you have to look for either:

-EVGA GTX570 classified (with beefed-up and corrected power stages VRM) & life time warranty if you pick an AR....

-MSI N570GTX Twin frozr III power edition (same as above, with beefed-up power stages VRM) 3 years waranty

-ASUS Direct Cu II (beefed-up VRM)....but three slots.... 3 years

The thing with the first regular 570s is that they have only 4 phases VRMs....so the power stages are a little wimpy....the cards are failing more compared to the 560s and 580s..so there is a design "flaw" with the REFERENCE DESIGN 570s...

Read on this in this topic, you'll figure it out...pictures, explanations and stuff...
