This is a few months back, but this kind of load is normal too. and everything is sprayed with a little whiskey water any time the lid is opened.

I love to fire up this big ol barrel.

Those look great Weed. I love anything just about from the grill.

As for all the invites, bring it on..

I drink Pabst Blue Ribbon when you bring the beer. And I wished you all lived closer so we could all have a get together.

 

And Joe, as far as fish goes, it's kind of tough on the grill grates. It's been a long time since I've done it, but it works nicely if you put it in an aluminum pie pan, the add all your seasonings, and keep it away from the fire for most of the cooking time. Give it more smoke and heat than flame. Then close to being finished you can take it out of the pan and give it the grill marks. It's done when you can poke a butter knife or spatula through the thickest end with no real tension or fight back.

(I worked in a fish house restaurant for 3 years of high school)
