I also can't read it, though I did try to google what I thought it said, with no success. Once you have found out what program uses it, either uninstall and re-install, or if it isn't something you use you can always type msconfig from your search window. Then click the boot tab, and deselect that app from starting up at start up.

To remove any program all you have to do is just uncheck the box adjacent to it...
