Yep google it to find out what program uses that dll. I also can't read it, though I did try to google what I thought it said, with no success.

 

Once you have found out what program uses it, either uninstall and re-install, or if it isn't something you use you can always type msconfig from your search window. Then click the boot tab, and deselect that app from starting up at start up.

If you need help I can crossloop you and remove or disable this dll BUT is at your own risk. It can be removed from your registry. Did you recently install/uninstall something?

You could also do a search of your hard drive for msikwe32 or msikwe to find out what program it is assosiated with. I hope that helps.

All you've to do is after opening the msconfig utility click on the Startup tab where you'll see all the programs loading at startup. To remove any program all you have to do is just uncheck the box adjacent to it...
