I was just watching this today. hahahaha So cool to see!!!!!!!!!!! That horse was in very little to no pain. Blood was already there from the teath's edges on the outer edges and how sharp they get. The Doc is grinding the sharp edges that are cutting her mouth and tong. They are sharp like baby teeth. SHARP!!!! What happens if you dont do this......? Infection then death. They chew side to side. When like this.. up and down. Does not work for them..... domesticated.

Crown and a filling Tuesday = $1,225. Bastards.

National Health Service dentistry is pretty much non-existent here so we have to see a private dentist and pay the market rate.

I used to think we funded his summer vacations in Lanzarote! Fortunately, he didn't find anything wrong at the last check-up!

However, having suffered a dentist-related phobia after the treatment handed out by a former practitioner known locally as

"The Butcher", I feel more comfortable in our man's chair!

When I was working on my own, I didn't carry dental. Everything came out of my pocket, so I was a little choosy what got done. Cracked wisdom teeth? Pull em'! One upper molar cracked, and I had it pulled. Now (15 years later) every dentist I encounter wants to build a bridge to cover that lost back tooth. Oh, the lower teeth will move, space themselves improperly.....yadda...yadda. Just clean the choppers doc, and I'll see ya in six months.

Lol Harry, my first crown came about from an infected filling. Root canal & crown, and I told Dr. Gillespie I didn't want a thousand dollar tooth. It topped $1100, and we all had a good laugh, cause' he kept his word, it wasn't a grand.

A friend of mine has a damaged front tooth and his dentist has mentioned implants...

Now, these really cost some money. One clinic I looked up quoted £995 (about US$1500) per tooth!

Yep, I've managed to wear the enamel off the back of my upper front teeth. Dentist wants to reduce all these teeth & cap them. Plus wear an anti-grinding device at night. Doc, you wouldn't suppose my overbite has finally allowed my upper & lower teeth to mesh would you? He grumbles, because he told me I needed this done a decade ago....lol

Love when they look at how much insurance money you have left, then decide what NEEDS to be done immediately.

I'm lucky I have coverage,me and my wife go 4x's /year each.Three deep root cleanings from a periodontist and one visit each to our regular dentist.Bills are usually $3 - $5.I've had root canals and those I believe I put out about $400 but we get about 80% back.

I like to go, my dentist is cool and her hygenist is hot. I typically go 3x per year. It feels good to have your teeth cleaned and I'm usually out of there in 20 minutes. Not matter how good you brush and floss, shit builds up on your teeth and bacteria flourish. Not going for years is kind of disgusting. It's like not washing your ass for years. LOLOLOL

You are one lucky dude, Pigdog, Like my wife, years and years and no cavities. Me another story! Sad to say I've got about 6 or 7 crowns and more have had root canals (thank god for insurance). The plus side is, though I'm scared to death of needles in my body, the ones in the mouth ironically do not bother me (cause I know I won't feel the repair!). I've even had root canals re-done. The other plus side, when they do root canals they remove the nerve, so not many tooth issues are going to hurt - unti lthey get real bad!

get a football mouth guard from Walmart. Mold to fit then wear at night. Worked for me. My teeth are flat from grinding. That helped stop it. Plus the TMJ went away.
