Just curious if she had any issue with that particular pup. My experience are that the Lab type breed are almost proud to share their puppies with their people. It's like they have pride in their litter and actually want to share them with you. When we had a litter my wife and I might take one or two from the box and sit on the floor handling them. Many times the Mom would go back to the litter box and brought another one over for us to see with her tail wagging away. I sort of miss that experience. Good luck and good health to all.

Just take time to evaluate who is getting them, if you are not sure they will be good to the pup don't let them have one. You carry a huge responsibility in finding them good homes.
