I will have to get some help. It responds about every three to four times I try to load up. when it says not running I just control alt delete and shut it down in task manager then reload it again. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Took like 6 tries a while ago.

Try as Merlin said, backup your game profile, uninstall, re-install and start it to see if it works, then copy back your profile and see if it still works. If it's something with the profile, which it could very well be, worst case scenario you'll just have to start over in-game. Awards
