Got a nearly 1/2 sleeve done as a tribute to my favorite rock band Monster Truck. About 8 months ago when I started my weight loss journey I made the appointment. When I made it I told the artist I was hoping to be 60-70 lbs lost by then. The 8 months passed and my appointment was yesterday, hoped on the scale yesterday morning and am at 117lbs lost! Kinda beet my goal a wee bit LOL. This tattoo is a gift to myself for the hard work of getting my weight semi under control. Still got 40-50lbs before Ill start feeling comfortable with myself. Lead guitarist of the band saw a pic on my facebook, his comment was "Holy Shit!!!! Amazing!!!" here it is 1st thing this morning Im blown away by the detail he got into this thing!!! Took 4 hours of needle time, but with breaks and drawing the stencil was total 7 hours. My guy only charges needle time though.
