   Well i got people to place chunk loaders for me, i saw nothing wrong with this as no rules said not too. i got jailed fair enough to pass the jail time i was gonna play Rs3/LoL while i wait and just link mc+a game, so every action i do in 1 game transfer over to Mc. An admin didn't like this so i tried to argue by saying i wasn't gonna sit staring at Mc for hours being unable to play the game as that makes no sense and boom perma banned?

   By this logic would i be able to do my Uni work whilst i wait or is that "breaking rules" ?

6. or taking my laptop into a lecture and having it on the desk? i saw some hefty jail time like 20k seconds or something!!!

fyi when you are told no...that means no..not use another game to tie up our server because you are bored.

 

If you don't like how minecraft works...don't play it

 

if you want to tie up server resources ..go make your own

Im just on about my 20000 second jail time what is about 5 hours long, so i sit staring at a wall in spawn for 5 hours without doing anything else? pretty sure i afk'ed for about 5mins in there and got kicked so i have to come move my character every 4mins just to pass the time? seems pretty stupid if i say so

Also this is hardly attitude just arguing my point called a debate

the rules clearly state no afk machines,

and you clearly admitted to and afk machine in your appeal, good luck

By my count you broke 6 different rules, and are not the sort of player we want on the server. 

Additionally, you are still arguing that you are in the right. You have done nothing to indicate to the admin team that you won’t do again exactly what you were before.

Hmmm these 6 rules that were not "rules" more use of common sense and judgement (that i have little of). Then to be perma banned because i didn't bend over like a little bitch as I tried to point out that im not gonna sit there for 5 hours and stair at a monitor that is detrimental to my health and tried to figure out away to pass the time. Then i asked before i did and was merely a suggestion to one of you're admins they deiced to perma me for simply asking a question? What so if i dragged minecraft to a second monitor and played a game is that okay? or maybe have it open on a laptop then play a game? But nope i got a ban instead? doesn't really seem fair in my eyes maybe you guys should open yourselves open to a conversation and  make the rules a little more clearer than a  "bot" as that is programme or algorithm that imitates a human not an actual person being there. Id like to know the 5 others rules i broke, Beside the one about bending over like Mia Khalifa at a cocktail party.

Pretty sure im the player you need on the server or how are we all going to improve if you not failing your not doing it right??????

It's funny because to this day you still don't what want to think you have done wrong and that is not something we need on the server 

we aren't asking you to "bend over" but realise botting is basically what you are doing. if that is not as clear as day to you then I don't know how else it has to be explained. rules are easy to follow. You choose not to follow so we chose to revoke your access. simple concept.

Not wrong as such more of a lack of judgement, that i was fine for getting jail time for but more pissed about being banned for suggesting away to pass it

if that was the case you should have made an appeal more focused on why you got jailed.

Since I dont play the game I dont understand 'jail time'. Also whether or not you actually have to be there, logged in, for your sentence to pass.

Minecraft, is a slow game and people tend to get AFK. You really can be AFK and have other games or websites open. I like to see this ban discussed and the Admins to talk to a player by PM.

In COD games, you might have been kicked for to be AFK, but also think that you use a slot of the game. Therefor we >XI<, understand that an appeal can take long, how fair it is or not. Talk things through with the >XI< community in mind and our players. 

I do not say remove the jail-time, but a ban was not my choice. A kick, possibly after a warning.

i will try to clear a few things up:
- we have a 15 min afk kick timer on the server so you would have been kicked for inactivity by default
- we do not allow methods of botting to bypass/avoid the anti afk kick so given the nature of jingle's jail sentence to begin with, for jingle to even try suggesting a way to "bot" his way out of his jail sentence was already excessive.
- in addition to this, jingle refused to see what he was doing was against our rules after multiple times of admins telling them exactly which rules they were breaking and how
- this ban was not purely because he was suggesting ways to bypass the anti afk but more because he showed no intention of following the rules set on the server in addition to his arrogance of nagging he did nothing wrong even after staff members had told him what rules he had broken and how he broke them 

in conclusion, as Karnthis had stated above, the MC staffing team has discussed and concluded that he did not show any signs of not doing what he was doing that got him banned in the first place so appeal denied
