anyone know of a free software updater program for win 10 64 bit

upgrade wifes laptop from Vista to Win 10

now I casnt find the Mass Sorage Device driver

was told put a driver program in and I did yes it found a driver but you had to buy program first

and I was thinking we use to have one here

Google the hardware Id, check screenshot. Rugger asked me almost the same.

Right click in Device manager and go to the Details tab.

That is a usb driver goto the motherboard manufacturers website support page and download them from there. If you don't know how to get the model info just get CPU Z or type in dxdiag in the search bar and the motherboard should be on system model on the first tab.
