I've never had it, so I can't say it would be entirely bad; but it looks like it came off the mud flap of a '72 F0rd that's been mud runnin'.

What makes it even funnier is the color commentator mentioning the possibility of puking it back up no less than 3 or 4 times; so it's agreed it's not a very tasty 'food' - & I use the term generously- yet people still eat it.  I remember eating chitterlings at a friend's house when I was a kid; it tasted like a fart smells & I immediately spat it out.  They started laughing & I asked them why they eat that shit, & they say it tastes good with some hot sauce, give it a try.  I said fuck that shit, I'ma get me another hamburger.

I'd prefer that to Haggis (which I've tried a couple of times) but would need more cheese 🤣

Had a head of cabbage & bag of carrots that needed to be used. Bought a small shoulder roast this morning, quartered a large onion, tossed in a pint of beef stock, some Tapatio, some Tabasco, salt, & pepper, and 350 degrees in a Lodge dutch oven for a couple hours. Came home from the boat club, tossed a couple of small taters in the micro, & filled a plate with joy.

Sure beat eating a bag of dead brewers yeast. 🤮

Shoulder is a better cut than the picnic cut; especially for that purpose.  Home made beef stew, chicken noodle soup with the carcass... any kinda dish made in a pot is usually really good.  Should try a 15-bean soup using Hearst 15-bean packet with some ham hocks.  So very good.

Should've tossed some turnips in, then poured the gravy & cabbage over deviled eggs. On demand farts & vary the volume & duration ☠️

I love hot sauces too, but some are just plain hot, no flavor. Tapatio is my go-to for sandwiches. Zaaschila is a favorite all around, but it only makes it to the states in batches. We could fill a thread on Habaneros, Jalapenos, Horse Radish, & ground Mustard seed.

I actually have wound down on hot things including curries as you can't actually taste anything else, and anyone who drinks Coors light, well? 'Pity The Fool'. They probably think it's beer ?

34oz bottle of Valentina sitting on the shelf, big bottle of Cholula too. We're blessed with several Mexican deli's here. Been going through Melinda's after a visit to San Antonio over Christmas.
