Did your game crash recently?, have you rebooted yet? Make sure none of your settings have changed especially sound, no higher than 24bit 48000 Hz.

Run command promp as admin and type in sfc /scannow and let it scan to 100%, see if it repairs any system files. If it says “no integrity violations found” I would try reinstalling the game. If on steam verfy game cache.
