So I did. I used John Kirkwood’s recipe. He’s from the north of England. He has a great YouTube cooking channel I’ll leave a link to the buns. I had to make a few changes. I used all purpose flour I had no lemon so no zest I used 50/50 raisin and current I did not put the flour and water crosses I did make a glaze with a bit of lemon juice and icing sugar My crosses were water lemon juice icing sugar and vanilla Wrecksauce, TBB, Smeggie and 5 others 8 Awards
