Windows defrag is crap. And if you had the money you could also buy a none sketchy AM/AV like Mcafee. I use Mcafee's cleaner add-on and it pretty much disintegrates everything Ccleaner doesn't get rid of. But if your comp slowing down in a short amount of time could mean malware. NEVER be without professional anti malware and anti hacker tools on any of your comps. Or you could very well already be a part of a botnet. Buy when I first got cleaner YouTube sped up by about 3x.
