Black Ops Mod

Good day folks. We have another DM server up that is running a BlackOps mod so different weapons and such. To start, this is running most of the stock maps but will sort out some custom maps to put into rotation over the coming weekend.

Just a note on a few tweaks:
> Satchels are powerful and have some range so watch your distance
> bandages to heal yourself are available so don't forget to set up the hotkey for these in your player options.
> all weapons start with lots of ammo so go nuts

Any issues please post them here.
As well, open to suggestions so feel free to post them here too.

A couple of changes made today.

Removed a few of the stock maps as they either crash the server or don't load.
**update** sorry, no custom classes for now as there's no way to set them.

Added some custom maps along with the stock maps. Rotation running now is:

I re-installed Black-Ops from Steam but am unable to find XI servers with the game?

You provided IP address but was unable to determine how to enter it and add to favorites.

Advice or direction on how to do..please

Hi Wacky. This is a mod for CODWAW, not the actual Black-Ops game.

Do you know if there was ever a solution found for being able to get WAW working when purchased from Steam? Tried multiple things and none have worked.

Not too sure about that Wacky.  Maybe check these posts about it and see. If these aren't related to your exact issue, then please make a new post in the COD5 forums for help and perhaps someone with some better Steam knowledge can assist.  I really don't use Steam...

Merlin, will being able to set up custom classes something that is being looked into , or is that a dead function with this mod?    Thanks E

Hey Eraser, I can force the rank and allow custom classes which would give you a custom class editor in-game like OWFT however when scrolling through the weapons, perks, etc, there are no pics or description of what you're scrolling through and custom class selection is not in the main menu.  From what I can tell, this mod is a tweak of the Open Warfare mod however does appear the menus for custom classes in the mod were set up to support the black ops weapons.
I know it's sort of a pain to have to select weapons all the time but unfortunately this is out of my hands.
